Ran Montgomery Ave to Skyline Walkway, then northbound until after the Chartwell turnoff, then back and down Park Vale Rd to supermarket. Good run, listening to Mitski and Sturgill Simpson. Feeling strong – found climbing the uphill section before Johnston’s Hill easier than usual. Had to slow for the odd cow.
