  • Terrain: mostly flat
  • Run type: tempo

40 minute slow run, with 15 minute tempo run in the middle. Ran the 15 minutes around Karori Park, goal was to keep pace at 4:15m/km; mostly managed this but faded at the end, suggesting I am pushing slightly above my ability. Second and third fastest Strava times for Karori Park laps, and fastest 2 mile time.
